01 · THE CHALLENGE
SFO needed a report that showed the airport's economic contribution to the Bay Area across FY2020 and FY2021, a period shaped by the pandemic. The study combined work from four firms and carried a large volume of tables, charts, and county-level results that had to stay readable for policymakers and the public.
02 · OUR APPROACH
We built a clean, airport-branded layout with a teal color system, numbered chapter openers, and consistent running headers so readers always know where they are. Dense findings were organized into styled tables, bar and pie charts, maps, and pull-out callouts, with photography of the terminals breaking up the data-heavy sections. The final file was produced as an accessible PDF.
03 · THE RESULT
A polished, easy-to-navigate report that presents complex impact data clearly and works both as a print document and as an accessible digital publication.
